What it is and where it fits.
The MoniMax 5000 series sat between Hyosung’s compact retail ATMs and its bank-grade machines. Hyosung designed the MX5000CE for both on- and off-premise sites with a small footprint, and said it could work with a sidecar for bill and coin acceptance, a barcode reader for mobile top-ups, and bill payment.
The later MX5000SE kept the same 53.5-inch cabinet and 1,000- to 6,000-note capacity, ran Windows CE 6.0, had a metal key-cap PIN pad and offered an entry-level Level 1 safe. Hyosung’s parts catalog also listed a blue-cabinet 5000CE under the NH-5050 number, which is why owners sometimes search for a “Hyosung 5050.”
ATM dealers now list the NH-5000CE among obsolete models. A current Hyosung model with the same width and three-cassette capacity is the Force.

What’s the difference between the 5000CE and the 5000SE?
The 5000SE was the later version: Windows CE 6.0, a 10.2-inch screen, a metal key-cap PIN pad, an optional touchscreen and an entry-level Level 1 safe option. Capacity and cabinet size are the same.
What is the Hyosung 5050?
Hyosung’s parts catalog listed the blue-cabinet MX5000CE under the NH-5050 number. Specs and parts questions for a 5050 generally follow the 5000CE.
Should I repair or replace a 5000-series ATM?
