Our office is only staffed during business hours. Can we still have an ATM?
Yes. Most storage placements sit inside the rental office and are available whenever the office is open. The machine is anchored and monitored remotely, and the cash inside is BayTM’s responsibility, not yours. We’ll talk through your hours and access during the location review.
Could the ATM go by the gate so tenants can use it after hours?
Sometimes, depending on the site. Indoor placements in the office are most common and most secure. If you’d like an outdoor or after-hours spot, we assess lighting, weather exposure, power and connectivity during the location review and recommend what makes sense.
Does an ATM change how we take rent payments?
No. The ATM only dispenses cash to the customer. How you accept rent, which payment methods you take and how you record them stay exactly as they are today.
Moves bunch up at the end of the month. Will the machine keep up?
We size the cash load to your traffic, monitor levels remotely and schedule loading ahead of your busy stretches, like month-end weekends, so the machine is ready when the trucks are lined up.
