We already offer cashback at the register. Does an ATM still help?
Yes. Cashback only happens during a purchase, often in small amounts, and it comes out of your register drawer. An ATM is stocked with BayTM’s cash, doesn’t hold up the checkout line and is there for customers who want cash before they shop. The two work well side by side.
Is there room for an ATM in a small carnicería?
Usually, yes. Most placements need only a few square feet near the entrance and a standard outlet. We’ll confirm the footprint and the best spot during the free location review.
Weekends are our busiest days. Will the machine keep up?

Do customers pay a fee to use the ATM?
Customers pay a convenience fee, shown on screen before they confirm a withdrawal. That fee funds the service, which is why there’s no cost to your store for the machine, the cash or the maintenance.
Does anyone on our staff have to manage the machine?
