I used one of your ATMs

Contact the bank that issued your card. The number is on the back of the card. Your bank can trace the transaction and reverse it if the withdrawal didn’t complete.
Note the details: the ATM’s location, the date and time, and the amount.
Tell us, too, by message or at (510) 747-8021, so we can check the machine.

Never share your PIN or full card number with anyone — including us. We will never ask for them.
