Why an ATM makes sense for a bingo hall.
Bingo is one of the most cash-heavy nights out there is. Players typically buy their session packs at the cashier window before the early games, come back for extra cards or specials partway through, and visit the concession stand at the break. Where a hall offers pull-tabs or other games, those usually run on cash too. When a regular arrives short, or a new player shows up with only a card, the options are a trip to the nearest ATM — and missing the first games — or sitting out the extras.
BayTM places, loads and services ATMs at bingo halls across California, including halls run by charities, fraternal lodges, veterans’ posts, churches and community groups. The machine, the cash and the service are ours. Each hall runs its games under its own license and rules; the ATM simply gives players a convenient way to get cash on site, and your cashier window works exactly as it does today.

Session buy-ins
Players buy their packs at the window before the first game. An ATM in the lobby means nobody has to leave the parking lot — or miss the early games — because they came without enough cash.

Extra cards and pull-tabs
Specials, extra cards and, where your hall offers them, pull-tabs are often bought partway through the session. Cash on site lets players join in without asking a friend to cover them.

Concession stand and fundraiser nights
Coffee, hot dogs and baked goods at the break, plus raffles and special fundraiser sessions that draw bigger crowds. We can load ahead of the nights you expect to be busiest.

- Visible from the hall but out of the flow between seats, the restrooms and the concession stand, so the line at the break doesn’t block anyone.
- In a well-lit spot covered by your cameras and within sight of staff or volunteers.

How we run it
- Bingo runs on a schedule. We monitor cash levels remotely and plan loading around your session nights, big-prize games and fundraisers.
- All loading, maintenance and repairs handled by our team, with 24/7 technician support — volunteers never have to handle the machine or its cash.
- No cost, no lease and no minimum volume, so a hall that runs only a few sessions a week is welcome.

We’re a nonprofit or lodge that runs bingo. Can we host an ATM?
Yes. Charities, fraternal organizations, veterans’ posts, churches and community groups that run bingo can all host a BayTM machine. There’s no cost to your organization, and the machine, cash and servicing are ours.
Does the ATM change how we run our games?
No. Each hall runs its games under its own license and rules, and your cashier window, pricing and procedures stay exactly as they are. The ATM only dispenses cash to players; it isn’t connected to your games. If you have questions about what your license allows, check with your licensing authority or advisor.
We only run sessions a few nights a week. Is that enough?
There’s no minimum transaction volume. Halls that run one or two nights a week are welcome, and we schedule cash loading around the sessions you actually run.
Our volunteers change every week. Who looks after the machine?
We do. BayTM loads the cash, monitors the machine remotely and handles every repair, with 24/7 support. Nobody on your team needs to open it, stock it or count its cash.
Can we get cash loaded ahead of a big fundraiser night?
Yes. Tell us about special sessions, holiday games or fundraisers you expect to draw a crowd, and we’ll plan loading ahead of them.
