Many campgrounds, RV parks and marinas sit where the banks aren’t: at the end of a county road, up in the mountains or along a lake or the coast. Guests settle in for a weekend or a whole season, and much of what they buy on site — a bundle of firewood, a bag of ice, bait, a load of laundry, a few minutes in a coin-op shower — is small and quick, the kind of purchase some guests prefer to make in cash. When they run short, the nearest ATM can be a long drive away, and nobody wants to break camp or leave the boat to go find one.

Where your showers, laundry room or token machine take bills or coins, guests need cash to start. The ATM dispenses bills; your changer or token machine does the rest.

Boaters settle up for fuel, bait, ice and snacks at the dock or the harbor store, and some like to tip dock staff in cash. An ATM by the harbor office means nobody has to drive into town first.

- Near the shower house, laundry room or token machine if that’s where guests most often need bills — under cover, out of the rain, sun and spray.
- Well-lit, on a level surface with power and within camera coverage, especially where the office closes in the evening.

How we run it
- Cash loading scheduled ahead of your peak season and the big weekends — Memorial Day, the Fourth of July and Labor Day — and planned around your quieter months.
- We survey power and connectivity for the ATM itself and handle its connection. Like any electronic device, it still needs a working signal, so we place it where it can get one.
- Remote monitoring of cash levels and faults, and a 24/7 support line. On-site arrival depends on location and time, and we’ll go over what that means for your site during the review.
- No cost, no lease and no minimum volume — a quiet winter costs you nothing.

We’re a long way from town. Can you still service an ATM here?
Often, yes. We place ATMs across California, and during the location review we’ll confirm how loading and service would work for your site. Our support line is available 24/7; on-site arrival depends on location and time, and we’ll be upfront about what that means for a remote park or harbor.
Our cell signal is patchy. Will the ATM work?
The ATM needs a working connection to approve withdrawals. We survey the site, plan the machine’s own connection at no cost to you and look for the spot with the best coverage — often the camp store or office. If connectivity is a concern, we’ll go over it with you during the location review.
Can the ATM go outside, by the dock or the shower house?
Indoor or covered placements are most common, because the machine needs protection from weather, spray and direct sun, plus power and camera coverage. We’ll assess your layout during the location review and recommend the spot that works best for your guests.
We’re busy in summer and quiet in winter. Is that a problem?
No. There’s no minimum volume, so a slow off-season costs you nothing. We schedule cash loading ahead of your peak weekends and holidays, and if you close or cut hours for part of the year, tell us during the review and we’ll plan around it.
Does the ATM replace our shower tokens or change machine?
No. An ATM dispenses bills, not coins or tokens. It complements your changer or token machine, which you keep stocking as you do today. What the ATM adds is a way for guests to get bills in the first place.
