- A 24-hour stop needs a machine that’s ready at any hour. We monitor cash levels and faults remotely and schedule loading around your traffic, including holiday weekends on the interstate.
- Our support line is available 24/7, and all loading, maintenance and repairs are handled by our team. On-site arrival depends on location and time, and we plan service for remote highway sites in advance.
- No cost, no lease and no minimum volume, so a slow season on the route costs you nothing.

Our travel center is far from any city. Can you still serve us?
Often, yes. BayTM places ATMs across California. We look at your location during the review and plan loading and service around it. Tell us where you are and we’ll let you know.
Do drivers still use cash?
Many drivers pay by card or fuel card, and that won’t change. But plenty like to carry some cash on the road, and some small businesses and services along the way still prefer it. The ATM gives those customers a convenient option at your stop, with no minimum volume required from you.
Where should the ATM go in a large travel center?
Usually near the main entrance or the fuel and store counter, where every customer passes. At larger sites, the driver lounge or shower area can also work well. We’ll recommend the best spot during the location review.
Who is responsible for the cash in the machine?
BayTM loads its own cash, and the cash inside the machine is our responsibility under the placement agreement. The machine is anchored, monitored remotely and placed where your cameras cover it.
