Our customers trade cards with each other. Does an ATM change anything?
Only that customers who want to settle a trade in cash can get it without leaving. How trades happen in your store, and any house rules you have for them, stay exactly as they are.
We run tournaments and league nights. Will the machine keep up?
We monitor cash levels remotely. Tell us your regular event nights and any big release or prerelease dates, and we’ll schedule loading ahead of them.
Do we have to buy cards from customers in cash?
No. The ATM is for customers getting their own cash. How your shop buys collections, whether in cash, store credit or anything else, is entirely your decision.
We’re a small shop. Is there a minimum volume?
No. There’s no minimum transaction volume to place or keep a machine, and no cost to your business for the machine, installation, cash loading or service.
Is it safe to have an ATM in a store full of valuable inventory?
The machine is anchored, monitored remotely and placed where your cameras and staff can see it. The cash inside is BayTM’s responsibility per the agreement, not yours. We’ll recommend the best spot during the location review.
