What it is and where it fits.
The 9L is the lobby model in Hyosung’s Series 9, the range Hyosung positions as the pinnacle of its branch technology. It is a freestanding cash recycler with a 19-inch landscape touchscreen, serviced from the front.
Hyosung lists bundles of up to 300 notes per withdrawal or deposit for the 9L, against 100 on the drive-up and through-the-wall Series 9 models, and a 400-note retract cassette. Like the rest of the series, it takes up to four large 3,440-note or eight small recycling cassettes, a deposit cassette, a check scanner for up to 30 checks and Hyosung’s transit cassette.
At 18.5 inches wide it is narrow for a bank-grade recycler, but it weighs 1,415 lbs and is designed for bank and credit union branches.

9L or 8L?
Both are cash recycling lobby ATMs. The 8L has a 21-inch screen, four 2,950-note recycling cassettes and takes up to 10 checks per transaction. The 9L has a 19-inch screen, larger recycling capacity, up to 30 checks per transaction and the Series 9 transit cassette.
