What it is and where it fits.
The 5L (model MX5800) is Hyosung’s cash-dispensing lobby ATM from its bank-grade Series 5. Hyosung designs it for financial institutions but notes it is ideal for in-branch or off-premise deployments where high availability, security and high capacity are needed.
It is a big step up from retail models: a 19-inch touchscreen with a privacy filter (15-inch optional), up to five high-capacity cassettes of 3,000 notes each with bundle present and retract, a UL 291 Level 1 safe and front access for service. A backup battery preserves the last transaction and shuts the machine down safely if power fails.
A January 2026 dealer bulletin lists the 5L as the successor to the MoniMax 5600. For a single store, it is usually more machine than needed; it fits very high-traffic indoor sites.

- Hyosung designs it for financial institutions. Most single-store sites are better served by a retail model.
