What it is and where it fits.
The Mini-Bank 1500, also sold as the NH-1500, was one of Nautilus Hyosung’s early retail ATMs. In 2009 Hyosung’s site described it as “the most reliable and most cost effective ATM available in retail ATMs,” with a small footprint and ADA and PIN-security enhancements, and said it was installed in many countries.
By today’s standards it is basic: Hyosung’s manual lists a 6-inch, 320 × 240 display (monochrome, with color as an option), a standard 1,200-note dispenser, a mechanical combination lock on a UL 291 business-hours safe and a dial-up phone connection rather than a network link.
ATM dealers list the NH-1500 among obsolete models that lack modern compliance features. If you still have one, it is almost always time to replace it.

Can a Hyosung 1500 still process transactions?
Very unlikely on today’s networks. Dealers list it among obsolete models that lack current compliance features, and it relies on a dial-up connection. We recommend replacing it.
What should I replace a Mini-Bank 1500 with?
