What it is and where it fits.
The GT5000 is Genmega’s full-featured through-the-wall ATM, meant to give an exterior wall or kiosk the look and feel of a bank machine. It pairs a 15-inch high-brightness display (800 cd/m²) that supports custom advertising with a three-cassette dispenser and a motorized cash presenter.
Operators service it from behind the wall through a 7-inch touchscreen rear service panel. It has an 80 mm receipt printer, a PCI/Interac-certified encrypting PIN pad, voice guidance, lighted action indicators and a UL 291 vault. At 56.8 inches tall, 24 inches wide and 35.5 inches deep, and about 340 lb with its dispenser, it is the largest machine in Genmega’s current lineup.

Before you choose it
- Its published operating range is 40–95°F with non-condensing humidity, so exposed exterior walls in extreme climates still need shelter.
- This is a construction project: the machine is 24 inches wide and 56.8 inches tall, and it needs a wall opening, a secure service room behind it and planning. Genmega publishes a construction guide.
- It is one of the most expensive machines in the lineup, and the dealer prices we checked vary widely.
- The spec sheet lists EMV as optional while describing the machine as chip-card ready, so confirm the reader configuration.
