The G2500 is Genmega’s mainstream freestanding ATM, designed for retail and off-premise locations such as convenience stores, bars and laundromats. It stands about 56 inches tall on a footprint under 16 inches wide, and comes standard with an 8-inch widescreen display, a 2-inch receipt printer and an integrated illuminated topper.
Its appeal is how much you can configure. Genmega offers a 10.2-inch touchscreen, a 3-inch graphics-capable printer for branded receipts or coupons, LED toppers, and dispensers that range from a single 1,000-note removable cassette to four 2,000-note cassettes. It can also take cash dispensers from other manufacturers, which Genmega positions as an upgrade path for existing deployments.

Where it fits best.
- Convenience stores
A footprint under 16 inches wide fits beside a counter, cooler or entrance, and the standard single cassette suits steady everyday use.
- Bars & nightclubs
If weekend nights empty one cassette fast, the same cabinet can be ordered with multi-cassette dispensers.
- Laundromats
A familiar layout with voice guidance and lighted prompts works for a wide mix of customers waiting on a load.
- Liquor stores
The optional 3-inch printer can put a coupon or promotion on the receipt of a customer who is about to shop.
Before you choose it
- The base 8-inch screen and 2-inch printer are simple; the touchscreen and 3-inch printer are paid options, so compare configurations rather than base prices.
- Genmega lists EMV as optional on the G2500, so confirm that any unit you consider has a chip (DIP) reader installed.
- At nearly 200 lb it needs a clear delivery path and a solid floor it can be anchored to.
- Like other retail machines it uses a UL 291 business-hours vault, so it belongs inside, in view of staff or cameras.

How much does a Genmega G2500 cost?
Public dealer listings in 2026 typically put a new G2500 in its base configuration at roughly $2,400 to $2,750, depending on the dealer, pre-programming and whether a processing agreement is part of the purchase. What’s the difference between the G2500 and the G2500P?
The G2500P adds a motorized presenter module and a high-performance cash dispenser, offered in single, dual and four-cassette versions. The cabinet dimensions are the same; the presenter version weighs about 243 lb with its dispenser, compared with about 198 lb for a G2500 with a single cassette.
Does the G2500 take chip cards?
It can. Genmega’s spec sheet lists a DIP-type card reader with EMV as an option, so check the configuration of the specific unit. Machines without a working chip reader are a poor fit for today’s card networks.
What warranty comes with a new G2500?
Genmega says its new ATMs come with a standard two-year parts warranty, and warranty claims go through the distributor or reseller that sold the machine.
