What it is and where it fits.
The G6000 is a Genmega ATM-kiosk: a full cash-dispensing ATM paired with a matching sidecar chassis that can hold extra devices, such as a bill acceptor, a check scanner or a security camera. Genmega designed it for self-service projects that go beyond cash withdrawals.
It is no longer part of Genmega’s current ATM lineup, though its product page and G6000 parts are still listed on Genmega’s site. Published specs include a 15-inch touchscreen, an 80 mm printer, a front-loading friction-feed dispenser upgradable from one to four 2,000-note cassettes, and a PC platform running Windows 7 Professional on an Intel Atom processor with a 500 GB hard drive.

Before you choose it
- It runs Windows 7, which Microsoft no longer supports, so confirm the software meets your processor’s current security requirements.
- The sidecar devices need their own software and integration, which means more to maintain than a cash-only ATM.
- It is heavy: about 320 lb for the ATM without its dispenser, plus about 150 lb for the empty sidecar.
- As a specialized kiosk platform, it can be harder to find parts and technicians who know it than for mainstream retail models.

About the Genmega G6000.
Is the Genmega G6000 discontinued?
Genmega no longer lists the G6000 among its current ATMs, though the product page and G6000 parts remain on its website. Treat any unit you find as used equipment and check its software and card reader.
Can a G6000 still be repaired?
Genmega’s parts catalog still lists G6000 parts, including bezels, camera brackets and locks, and some are shared with the C6000. BayTM repairs supported Hyosung and Genmega machines on site; send us the model and the problem through ATM repair and maintenance and we’ll tell you what’s involved.
What replaces a G6000?
If you only need cash withdrawals, Genmega’s C6000 is the closest current model in size (55.9 × 18.1 × 24.1 inches versus 56.0 × 18.1 × 24.1), and Genmega lists some shared parts such as the front bezel and door hinge. If you need the sidecar functions, that is a kiosk project rather than an ATM swap.
How much is a G6000 worth?
